Good value Clutch fluid

Mine is only three years old and black with contaminants its going to be changed no matter what anybody might say about "for life" thats nonsense just like Ford snd the Haldex rear ends. Cheap to change so might as well do it.

Im thinking the same. Mines only done 2000mile, but i'm thinking i'll do it when i give it a service soon.

My dad has had Citroens since 77, and he always made a lot of fuss about changing the LHM, showing me how dirty it got with age. And considering a litre bottle for £6 will do loads of changes it hardly expensive.

My thoughts exactly Ford made their Haldex systems " non serviceable " however when they pack in its 3.5k to replace all for the sake of £75 service parts that are easily available.

I had problems with fine air bubbles. Very careful lever movement let them escape. I suspect the master cylinder seals are past their best but BMW do not sell seal kits so this careful approach can keep you going.

I don't know why my fluid is black in colour but i suspect its come off the rubber condom thingy inside the reservoir, couldn't have come from anywhere else really.
