some may find this browser extension usefull, it is ab addon for firefox edge and chrome and allows you to extend the max points of 10 and also a few orher handy things ,

Other than for producing a rough idea of getting from A to B to C, I don’t use Google Maps for route creation that often. That aside, the extension looks to be very useful.
