Lovely. I'll order as soon as they're on your site.

Because BMW is run by accountants.

Come on don't be shy how much for a pair of bar ends !

Fella, no more that £40 inc VAT (plus P&P) which, seemingly, is well fair - hope this helps. I did see someone pay over $110 on an American forum so I`m hoping mine offer good value............

Don't know till I get the proper stainless ones in fella but as I said to Nuts a substantial socket head is required for security of fastening and torque-ing. A button head is simply too shallow and I didn't bury the head entirely into the weight as I wanted as much weight as possible without kicking the arse out of it - it was all about balance

Will the finished ones have the bolt sitting flush as per original, I would like a set please in Black.

Cheers Terry

Original is countersunk and obviously it's now not long enough, you could always use a button head Allen key bolt, but agree with mark you cannot get enough torque without it deforming the socket.

Some great products on there, well done mate.:thumb

I see you've done a radiator guard, but not an oil cooler guard. I assume that's coming later?

I`ve redesigned the main cover and done an oil cooler cover - its away at powder coating but i`m not a great lover of it because its a very thin line between protection, especially up the central spine of the rads, and max airflow - I`ll post images soon (next time I slow down long enough to take a crap :D)

Mark, do you know if the mounting bolts are screwed into blind holes. If not, could the threaded portion of the bolt could be made to protrude into the handlebar. The extra weight of the bolt could offset any loss in weight if the heads were countersunk more?

Hi Mark
Just ordered and paid via PayPal but it didn't ask for a delivery address, if you haven't got that please pm me

mmm thats odd fella - the site should ask for all of that, did you order via the EKM ecommerce site then take the option to pay by paypal? Surely at one stage it must`ve asked for your address

pal, I believe the balance between protrusion and weight has been reasonably met! Btw FYI the bolts I am supplying are longer to accommodate the thickness of the new bar ends resulting in the same amount of thread buried into the female thread in the bar - look at meee :D

Guys, bar ends ready for sending next week with luck!

Cheers thanks mark looking forwards to being vibe free, not that it's that bad
I find the throttle side worse though at about 70, so it's not for long

Terry
