My Bruvver has decided he'd like a GPS to help him whilst travelling at work.

He requires;

Vioce prompts

Colour mapping

Simple to use

Doesn't need to be waterproof

Possibly also having Trafficmaster abilities (avoiding traffic build ups)

Can anyone advise a suitable unit comparable with my Garmin Quest unit - i.e. £400 maximum but less if possible

Is the PDA the way to go? (I don't have any experience of this type)

Thanks in advance for any help given
Sherps;)

A PDA with Roadrama software maybe the only option if you want traffic alerts, otherwise TomTom software on a PDA. You will have to research the Roadrama software package properly as Pocket GPS World doesn’t seem to have done a test of it yet
Oh, and I would go for a Bluetooth wireless GPS receiver too, less’ wires the better.

Good luck, Martin
