Sorely tempted.

Anyone who's been up there have any opinion on the museum? :nenau Been to this do a couple of times because I was working on the John Clark stand, and never had the time to visit it.

Watch out for the sneakiest cameras in Scotland. Got my first ever points coming back from the Alford Bike Rally years ago. About ten of us in a row and no-one even saw the camera :hide

Museum is OK -ish. Good enough for a single visit. May pop along if the weather is half decent.

It'll take more than the Alford Rally to drag me away from WSB and Moto GP on Sunday and with the amount of rain we've had the place will be a bog in no time:rob

Been a few times before and always thought it was not that great TBH. However SWMBO is working on the MAG stand on Sunday so I'm being supportive:augie

Hmmm... I've got knack all to do on Sunday.

Should be all done here by tomorrow afternoon.

Got a bike.

Got a tent.

Got a wife away surfing with the girls.....

Might just take off for the rest of the weekend. Stop off for the night on the way:D

There are some great roads between here and Aaaaaa ford...

Soddit, won't be going now.

SWMBO has gone off to points south, won't be back till Sunday night, and there's a 16 week old puppy who still needs 3 meals a day, i.e. breakfast, lunch, and evening.

Puppy comes first. :D (More than my life's worth to make her do without her dinner.)

Aye, the A97/A944 between Rhynie and Alford is quite a nice little spin too, some good twisties. If I don't make it to Alford and you (or any other Tossers) fancy a cuppa, I'm just up the road.

The weather is supposed to be 'ok-ish' according to the BBC. Take your wellies though, a sh1t-load of water has fallen on this neck of the woods over the last 36hrs.

Fingers crossed the weather holds and they have a good turn out.

The rain seems to have moved into Argyll as it's lashing down here again:(

Don't think I'll be going far today:mad:

Talking to someone in the pub last night who reckoned it had rained here every single one of the last 63 days.....I can believe that.

Apparently Skye has obtained some sort of "record" for the most consecutive number of days rain.

Myself and my other half came through Argyll a few weeks ago on our way back from a friends wedding in Ireland.
Stunning scenery and cracking roads.
