Fitted a set of the plug and play Touratech suspension and had a software issue , they did above and beyond to sort this for me as was not really a Bm more of an aftermarket issue . Up loads , swap and check and genuine care to get my shit sorted out .Go on then, what have they done?
Gary on service and the techs were as above brilliant .
There are times that problems with dealers is reported more than the good side so I thought I would address the balance .
And good on you for doing it, praise where praise is due.

Tractive , full electronic . Waiting for the rear shock at the moment but hope to fit it again next week , then I will be able to give an honest view I hope.

Is it the Touratech branded Tractive or the Tractive own version ?
Both the same , Tractive and the Touratech are the same units , just different colours , same price .
Seconded! Andy sorted out a problem with my bike that would have cost me at very least the exess on the extended waranty,a few hundred quids worth of parts and labour all done free off charge as a gesture of good will..Goes a long way towards me buying another bike off them
Look forward to your opinion on it all...

I am about to pull the trigger on some units for my Hexhead, I found that the Touratech versions are more expensive (and bit too blingy) and don't have the same options for EPA/EPA removal etc. The Tractive own versions are hard to find over here - where did you buy them from ?
