Night marred slightly by the truely mental, minority, Polish fans without tickets who trashed Belfast. but hey ho there ya go. Oh and the NI Knob jockey who threw z coin at the linesman - although his peers handed him over to the stewards Green and white Army marching towards South Africa

We have one Irish rugby team - who have done rather well recently.
Why two soccer teams.
I'm not totally stupid - some one's bound to contradict that - knowing all about religion and politics but sport should be ...well...sport.

it used to be one, the the FAI broke away from the IFA. Now its not likely to ever rejoin. Anyway, keeps the interest up, a la england/Scotland/Wales etc.
