Four month old "hard wire" QPAC for the Quest stopped working. Rang GPSW, and explained how I desperatly needed a replacment for an upcoming Euro' trip. I also asked, that if they were going to replace it, then could please replace it with the BMW plug type QPAC.......I didn't fancy just leaving it on the 'bike any more.
Four days later......package arrives......new BMW QPAC....
No charges......No hassle........just great service.......
