Ok let’s get the 11 th Nov down as a possible… who can / wants to come ? Need to keep the thread alive for those that frequent the site less often 
Martin, what’s the basic plan for the 11th
Basic plan is that you aim to arrive at my place near Ely at around 8.30am, teas and coffee's will be available from the catering department.
Set off about 9am, 1 hour ride on the lanes up to Twenty Pence Garden centre in Wilburton where we can get a breakfast inside us before setting off again.
Continue riding, further coffee /tea /wee stops on the route as required.
I will ride the route the week before just to see how the lanes are and post up here, we are forecast for a fair bit of rain so lets see what happens.
The full route is circa 100miles but can be shortened/lenghtened to suit conditions/abilities/daylight as we will be in the dark night zone by then.
With that in mind, its probably best people trailer or van their bikes down .. not much fun riding home in the dark , plenty of safe parking round mine.
Any questions ...... be good to show you guys around our area

I rode half the route Sunday morning and it’s fairly wet but do able, by the weekend it should be better…
Knobblies ( tyres not knees) are advisable to keep some traction in the wetter bits 50/50 trail tyres will struggle tbh
Can we have a show of hands who’s up for this Sat 11 th .
Next time then Colin, as I’ve said previously I can do this to suit those that can’t come this time

so, dates available are any day you like now
This week next week then I’m confined to barracks for 3 weeks while she’s off to do Route 66 with 2 girlies all on bikes ….
So next 2 weeks or from the middle of October onwards any days you like let’s get some days dates together
Who wants to start?
I will ride this before the day but I’m confident it will be suitable for all you airhead special owners … no road orientated bikes unless you are very confident and comfortable off roading.
I’ll be on my Husky 701Enduro …..
