GS 1150 Imobiliser removal

Can anyone give any advice on removing the factory immolilser fitted to a GS1150

Any advice greatly received

There is not factory immobiliser fitted to the 1150.

You may have a dealer fitted Meta (which was, I believe, the 'approved' alarm - certainly what was fitted to my 2002 1150 Adv at Lind).

When I removed my Meta alarm, I just followed each of the wires down to where they joined the loom, snipped them and insulated the joint with self amalgamating tape - worked perfectly.
