My 1150 GSA is nearly 2 years old and I've done just 15K on it. Its always garaged at night. Cleaning it today was a bit peed off to find substantial corrosion on rear hub where spokes go through. Obviously caused by steel meeting alloy consequent electrolytic action and lifting silver paint. Would have expected better from BMW and its not as though these things are cheap. Anyone (everyone?) else had similar problems? Worth complaining while still under warrenty? Not an expert, but have a feeling that this might not be a problem with some Jap bikes I could name. Otherwise, bike is just fantastic in every respect!
