GSA Protection, add-on, etc

Used to be about £90, pair of motoart rocker head cover protectors will cost you about £160.

Not a proper misters bike until its been on its side on the drive.

Have a look on YouTube there is a knack to lifting them on your own, useful as the next drop you might be out in the sticks on your tod?

Thanks - I've seen a very short lady rock a gold wing up on YouTube. Her thighs must be very strong.

Crash bars on cylinder head took a bit of the damage but the cylinder cover is badly gouged. Hate to think what that'll cost to fix. Having said that I might just see how it corrodes and replace it later depending on the cost. Anyone have a clue what I might be in for.?? Thanks

Cylinder cover is about £165, can't seem to find crash bars on the parts fiche, but scratches add character.

Sorry that's Machine Art covers not moto

Sorry to hear about your spill.

I am looking to get some extra protection for my cylinder heads.
When I dropped mine I'd only had it 2 days but the crash bars did there job with barely a mark. I was worried though.

I managed to pick mine up OK on my own. I had done about 50 miles so pretty much full tank. If you use the techniques shown in the vids it quite easy.
My back was a little stiff the day after but that was down to the natural instinct to try and stop it going over in the first place.

All lovely vids but I doubt one of them could lift the GSA with a full tank of fuel on their own

Ya need to man up, it can be done on ya tod with full tank I have done it twice with a full tank and once nearly empty outside of work and thats the time I fucked up my tendons due to rush to pick it up through embarrassment, instead of using my arse and legs I faced the bike and tugged it up, wrong idea. The technique in all three works.

Or don't drop the fucker anymore simples!
