I like the powerbronze seat for its comfort but not for the width of it, the width made the foot reach to the deck awkward if on a camber or if the ESA is above 1 person setting. I'm no short arse, I'm 6'2" and almost toppled the bike on a chambered road junction stop. My bike also came supplied with the standard 2008 GSA seat, I tried that today and I found it was actually more comfortable for myself, I can reach the ground and also move backwards in the seat without hitting the hump. I've a trip to France for a long weekend..... I'm going to use the standard seat and see how I like it.

I've got the powerbronze on my 05 GS and find a bit high, as I'm 5'9". Have got a low seat but then have trouble seeing over the Givi screen! Nice shot on byway 12 BTW!

Take a gel pad because some OEM GS seat pans have a lump at the back which will dig into your coccyx.
The GSA seat is just plain uncomfortable for any more than a trip to Tesco.

The OEM seat is an instrument of torture. Too soft which means pressure on the spine making any distance uncomfortable for me. Also the shape pushes you into the tank crushing your nuts. Many have the front on high and rear low which does help....but not much.

I have the Wunderlisch ergo which whilst a little wider is also a little lower. At 6ft I am fine even with the pillion setting on the ESA.....although not as planted as the stock seat. I went for the Wunderlisch as it was narrower than other offerings. First impressions were it is very hard....but having done over 20k on it now I find it all day comfortable.

Cheers

I have the Kahedo / Touratech standard. It's firmer than OEM but comfortable. Go those with longer legs their GSA height version is more comfortable still.
