gutting remus end can

after picking up my 1100gs today one of the only gripes i have so far is the exhaust note(or lack of it)the cans a remus revolution road legal.has anyone gutted one of these so its straight threw,i once did this on a micron and cut it down to half its size and sounded georgous.any ideas
