The pub is actually run by guys sister,
In this day and age it’s a fucking revelation,a proper friendly comfortable local,with a genuine warm welcome,great service and good food.
So what if it’s hanging off guys coat tails a little bit.
Most pubs nowadays seem to be fake plastic “family” eateries selling shite food or bistro pubs selling overpriced Crap that rarely lives up to expectations.
I for one will be going back,
