handle bar risers / bar backs

What are the best ones to go for and does anyone know of a UK supplier of RUC bar backs, as advertised on the Salt Lake BMW web site, or does anyone actually have a set on their bike ?. They seem to be good value ($70) and give a higher lift than most I have seen - they claim that cables etc do not have to be extended, just re-routed.
