Quick update. Had to cancel the diagnostics at BMW cos I had a spill in May on my KTM 500 and fractured 11 ribs and a punctured lung but all mending nicely now. I'm unsure what to do now, either look for a used ZFE or sell the bike cheap and start again.

What do you think a 2012 1200 adv Triple black with 61,000mls and no switch gear working would be worth, runs great though.

I've always said to people not to jet wash bikes. The pressure is too high and will push water into places it shouldn't go, as you just found.

Every stealer I’ve seen the back area has a power washing bay, yet the§ manual says no me§t washing.
