Hi, most of the normal gathering are on ~650s or smaller, ie XC / KTMs / Tenere etc. However, I've done a lot of them on my GS in similar conditions in the past & we have had guest appearances by KTM 990s & GSAs in the past. If you do a search in past threads you'll get the idea of what we normally encounter.

IMHO I think some of the route I'm planning will be pretty tough for a GS, but you're welcome to come & give it a shot & we wont leave you behind! Its defo not a beginners ride for a GS though, OK?

Hi Pinkytiff, please forgive the intrusion, but couldn't resist as I used to live in Rowledge (High Street) and found it quite amusing that a group of greenlaners would meet outside the Hare & Hounds. When I was there the miserable old git wouldn't even let you buy a packet of crisps unless you were over 50 and smoking a pipe.
