headlamp beam angle

HI folks

does anybody know what the hieght of your headlamp beam should be to pass an MOT ?

my R1100GS is in for a MOT tommorrow and I think the headlamp is shining too high, but can't seem to find a simple, be 'x' distance from a wall and the horizontal part of the beam should be 'X' from the ground.

any help, needed kind of urgently.

They/you are allowed to alter the light beam in the test, does not class as a fail.
