Hello Steve. Only just seen your post. I think posted to Canada with a tracked postage service is about £10 GBP. Guessing it will take about a week to 10 days. I also post with spare double sided in case there's a hiccup and also a spare attachment point (the blue part) as this may or may not need drilling out a little to our over the little spigot on the subframe - do in case reaming that out goes wrong, you have a second chance

I should clarify quickly that the adjuster only fits the version that looks like the very ovoid OEM lamp. See pic below

It's probably the single best upgrade for these bikes. They're really great

I've just stocked up on a few components. Now printing in very expensive Formlabs resin. It's the business and perfect for the job. Need to work out if it's sustainable cost wise! So current orders going out in this material (Tough 1500)

I have a 2010 R1200GS with an aftermarket LED headlight from AliExpress (item 1005006140315535). It has the two side mounting bolts and the lower central mounting point, which fits over the vertical locating spigot on the subframe.

Your design looks exactly like the solution I need to restore vertical headlight adjustment.

Are you still making these adjusters? If not, would you be willing to share or sell the STL/CAD files so I can 3D-print one myself?

I have just made a few more pieces, so I can now assemble completed adjusters.
Attached is the doc ref tips for fitting and other info. You headlamp looks like the right version .
If after looking over the doc, you might have a better idea if you want one. Are you able to message me via the forum?
