Hello Steve. Only just seen your post. I think posted to Canada with a tracked postage service is about £10 GBP. Guessing it will take about a week to 10 days. I also post with spare double sided in case there's a hiccup and also a spare attachment point (the blue part) as this may or may not need drilling out a little to our over the little spigot on the subframe - do in case reaming that out goes wrong, you have a second chance

I should clarify quickly that the adjuster only fits the version that looks like the very ovoid OEM lamp. See pic below

It's probably the single best upgrade for these bikes. They're really great
