Headlight and Instrument Panel

Does anyone know how the instrument panel attaches to the headlight unit, or to be more specific, how it detaches?

Are the internals of the headlamp unit serviceable?

I've got a loose connection somewhere inside the unit.........

had a broken wire inside mine along the way.
the wire inside was from the plug in piece inside the left side so i cut all wires off.
then i drilled a 10mm hole and pulled wires out and fitted a new socket on ends, cut old plug from loom and fitted one to suit new socket.
