heated grip problem

my 05 1200 heated grips have stopped working on the throttle side -
anyone experienced this or replaced one before I have a look inside

Yeah, same here last March with my Gs1200 04 model.

Fairly easy to replace for any competent home mechanic

Just undo the screw to the left of the throttle grip, remove assembly and associated bits and replace with new unit. Wont take more than 30 mins IME.
