heated waistcoat repair

hi all,i have a keiss heated waistcoat and three out of the four elements have failed(not impressed)
can any one recommend a repairer?
or a supplier for the elements

thanks for that,
I had already emailed them and am awaiting a response.
but given that the garment failed after very little use,my confidence in a decent repair when they can't even manufacture a reliable product,is very low.
I suppose I should have worded my question differently:
can any one recommend someone who can fit some decent elements to my substandard keis waistcoat.
