Heine Gericke zip repair

Does anyone know the company that HG for their repair or is it an internal company job? Trying to get a wrist zip repaired on a daylight jacket but without a proof of purchase I cannot get it fixed by them? Anyone able to help before I get it done by the local dry cleaners!

I know that HG's warranty dept is in Bradford at the old Bradford shop site but I don't believe they do their own repairs judging by the amount of HG jackets that they sell on e-bay with damaged zips

try your yellow pages for a local seamstress works out cheaper and faster than the dry cleaners

warning...... the jacket will have to be taken apart to do the zip, as you have to be careful not to go through the goretex/sheltex layer

HG zip repair

HG Edinburgh repaired mine on the strength of a bank account transaction/credit card account statement as I had lost my till receipt.

The guy that does the repairs for Hein Gericke in West Yorkshire (well he did 12 months ago) is a guy called "Dave the leatherman" and is based just outside Bradford. I will try and find his details.
