He did however state that had the whole bike shown signs of corrosion then they wouldn't cover it under warranty as it could be deemed as neglect.

well said, if we keep buying them why do they need to change.

My RT looked like a new bike at start of the year because it had so many new parts on it. At least BMW replaced it all.

Yep I agree out of principal I shouldnt of bought another BM due to corrosion, however Vines are the best motorbike dealers I have dealt with, they gave me a px price that was good and big discount of new bike as a sweetener, there local to me so its easy.
