Help needed fitting migsel light bar and hella ff50

Where do i start i show you what i have, but will need to be guided the rest.

The guy has labled each wire but its the where to put them and will i have to take the tank off and side panel?

You'll make a neater job of it all if you take the tank off - it's very easy to remove.

Had them fitted by an ex Gser alandelph (uncle) fitted in no time and what a difference. However i am wondering should i change the wiring so that they only come on in high beam, i like them the way they are though always on.

Also whats the stress on the battery with these on?

IMO those babies should only come on with the main beam
I guess the relay power wire has been connected to the low beam feed rather than main beam thats causing them to be on all the time.

I agree with Big Lee - I would configure the FF50s to come on when using the main beam. I have similar setup with MicroDE foglights which come on with dip beam but are also switched - I generally ride with them off and just flick them on heavy traffic / fog - the FF50s come on with main beam. I mounted the both lights on a Migsel bar - FF50s on top and MicroDEs underneath.

Works a treat, and avoids any unnecessary drain on the electrics.
