HELP NO MAP ON QUEST

hi just got my quest back from garmin its a replacement for the original ,when i switched it on the screen came up with garmin taiwan then it located satalite now showing garmin with a map of europe .what do i do to get a base map its like its not been instaled help please..

You will probably need to contact Garmin for the new unlock codes for the new unit. I had similar when Garmin replaced my 60c under warranty and my existing mapsource needed new unlock codes before I could use it.
