[Help] Parking in North London

Seriously, I have just Googled 'secure parking Camden' and loads of things came up.

Lots of people seem to let out their secure parking spaces, beneath their flats. Found several at £40 a week (£5.71 a day) - which looks pretty cheap to park anything in central London.

Have a look in the private advertisments, stuck up in the shops in Camden High Street. I bet you will find something, very quickly.

Can I play?:

Yes. I see.
Even thought a lot of the spaces advertised on gumtree are already gone.

I'll keep searching, but I at least now I know I can use the one next to the office as a starting point.

Ironically the first result searching for "secure parking camden" is the Camden Lock Hotel  I've slept there for a week or so while looking for a place...

Thanks again to all of you.
And... by the way... your italian is gettin better :augie :D

I lived in Belsize park before .. Just parked my bike on the pavement next to where I lived. Put a cover on it and a strong lock.

You can get a pass from the council to park in the resident parking bays. Just be careful not to park it front or behind a BMW car or a female driver .. otherwise will find dropped bike :(

There are streets will dedicated bike bays as well.

If you want a garage. See the local paper (or ads at local newsagents) to see if someone is renting out a lock up (that's a garage)

Probably. :)
I'm still investigating how this works...
I think I can drive without problems for six months and the insurance green card. Then you are obliged to register the bike/car here in england.

hahahha - yeah. You should close your borders.
Loads of Italians here in London. Bad. :D

thanks.

Hope to have a drink with you guys sooner or later.

As if any europeans bother to re-register their bike .. so they can start paying traffic fines
