Anybody got any ideas how to pull out a dent from my tank?Theres no damage to paintwork or creases in the metal,I think my son did it with his football.I'm sure I've seen some sort of suction pads that can be used to pull the dent out,am I right?

Suggestions please.

"son did it with his football"?

Are you Michael Owens dad per chance?????

Is there no way of putting a length of wood through
the filler cap and pushing the dent out :(

Click on search, in the search on user name, type in MUPPET.

He is a dent fixer.

I have not had any work done by him, but I am going to arrange meet him to talk about a couple of dings in a ducati tank

Well, Here's my first post -- beers are on me.

Get yourself a ding king. They're a little bit "QVC", but my father in law sent me one over from the States a couple of years back, and they work wonders. - Piece of cake to use, and they do a top job. I found a link here,

http://www.alltvstuff.com/ding1.html

Have a more thorough search online, and I'm sure you'll find a UK retailler. I think they cost around $30 - well worth it.
