Help wiith tank bags

Right, I've been looking through the section on tank bags and while learning whats good and what isn't I've got some basic questions I need help with. I've got a gs 1150, large Givi top box, and B*W panniers. Normally plenty enough, but the Dearly Beloved wants to go touring France with me in July. I'm not normally a great fan of tank bags, but whats a guy to do, she needs her hair drier, straightners, makeup sack etc, so I need more capacity. I dont want too big a tank bag, 15 to 20 litre will be fine. If I go for a magnetic bag, do I need any other securing device to keep it on the tank, or are the magnets enough on their own? Been looking at some Givi tankbags, right size, can be used as a ruck sack if needed, map pocket and magnetic for ease of fitment. Through all of the threads there is no reference to Givi bags? Not sure if thats a good thing or not. Does anyone have experience of their product. Any information, advice, opinion would be great,

I use a Hein Gericke magnetic tank bag, it stable on the tank even when riding enthusiastically though it has marked the paintwork a little.

I use a Famsa tankbag, I think they offer excellent value for money along with really good build quality. Have a look and see what you think........
