A large syringe might be less likely to splash fluid on the bike than a wobbly funnel.

it looks like the bmw part for filling uses a 600cc gravity feed spray gun cup mated to acrylic tube.

i'm trying to find the vented abs caps to use to make one but they come as a complete part with breather tubes. cost around £45-50.

the bmw funnel cost around £200?

you need a good 500cc supply above the abs as once it feeds through it uses the fluid pretty quick.
