Help with Nav V

Help please.......... I have just bought a Nav V , The bike is a 2015 GS. But because of problems with my Desk top, I have not been able to register the unit. I went out for a spin today to try the sat nav, it paired ok with my Scala 4 it said on the screen, I set a destination , and off I went, but no sound from the unit or in my headphones, every thing else seems ok. I tried my old 660 when I got back, and the Scala works fine on that with the helmet on. Any thoughts as to what the problem might be.

This is all from memory... Go to Settings/err... Navigation/ voice prompts. Tick the box to enable voice prompts

Let me know if it works.

Hi thanks for the reply... Yes I enabled the voice prompts befor the ride.
