I've finally found a set of crash bars for my 1150GS but they are in the UK and the postage is £26.
Cheeky I know, but would any of you tossers have a cheaper way to get them back?:nenau
They are in Staffs if that's any help.

thanks
Dave

How much is the postage to the north ? I take it that's what they are charging you from UK to Ireland

Offer

I'm coming over on the Irish Ferries route from Holyhead into Dublin next Monday afternoon. ETA Dublin is 13.49. I'm in the Midlands and work in Birmingham so not far from Staffs - where are they? If it is practical to strap them to the back of my GSA and you can meet me at the ferry I'll bring them over FOC.:bounce1 My office is at 10 Fleet Street in central Birmingham and if there was a way of getting them to me during the day this Friday that would be great.

The only thing I ask in return is the best possible recommendation for a good bar and traditional live music in Dublin on the night of 14th August on my way back to blighty!:augie

That sounds more than fair :thumb2

I was going to recommend some of the pubs in the Temple Bar area of central Dublin, many of which do a bit of trad of an evening but I've just realised it's a Friday night :blast Sure the place will be full of hen parties & I'm sure you don't want that :augie

Or you could just come back in January

you're so right

You're so right Jockser, that is a great offer. :( if only I'd checked back on the thread earlier. They were posted to Aidan today(he kindly offered to receive them for me) another great offer.

Temple Bar, Friday night. I don't think so. What about the Brazen head, do they still have trad sessions?
