I'M HAVING TROUBLE CONTACTING SIMON EASSOM. I AM ALSO UNABLE TO OPEN THE FILE ON HIS THREAD WITH INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO FIT CRASH BARS. HAS ANYONE ANY IDEAS HOW I GET THE INSTRUCTIONS. MY E-MAIL IS [email protected].

Regardless of whether you try and open the file from this forum, or whether it is emailed to you, you will still need Acrobat Reader software.

Ron. Glad that worked OK.. now let's hope the bar fitting works out as well
They are excellent instructions... just follow them to the letter.

Fitted my bars this weekend and all went pretty good but you do have to be careful with those rear mounts. I found some good instructions here also, but put your jack under the rear footrest like Simon says.

Now just do it.

Have fitted the bars this afternoon, took about 45 mins each side!! used the jack on rear foot rests, all went well many thanks to everyone for their help. Ron
