Joker,
You may have seen that I had some quality problems. Will you take a look at yours and see if those front latches have the full four rivets each and that the latches do not move on the case?

Yeah, too bad to hear about your problems :(

I'll try to actually fit them during the weekend  and actually try them out. I'll have a good look when I do that and let you know. :)

"Just" need to fix the lock tumblers too...

After paying 15 squids to have the tumblers recoded    I can now report that the panniers fit on the bike. I've not ridden the bike with them on yet, but I'll do that when I have the need for it.

I remembered I was supposed to look for something, but I forgot exactly what - so I can't really report on any riverts, except that the panniers seem to open and close very snuggly, very neatly... in fact, perfect..?!

Exhaust side bolt is 20mm from the plastic (i.e not measured the washer and/or nut) to the bottom of the head.
The other side is 21mm.

Sorry to gatecrash this post but I have checked my panniers and the left one has only got three rivets on the front catch.

There is no movement on the catch though. I would be interested to know if you had movement from day one or if it developed over time. I don't know if i should be taking my pannier back for a replacement ?
