A quick test ride now its taxed and insured, a tarmac trip into the nearby town on a shopping errand. Gearbox seems great (Neutral at the top and 4 down). Will aim to try it on some gentle lanes at the weekend, then I'll probably sell it to put it towards my next bike

.
Bars adjusted a little to create a bit more space between the bars and me and a SAE connector added to the battery for a pump, alongwith a Lomo Pannier on the rear rack for carrying stuff (the larger of two panniers purchased on here).
I've also invested in a set of spanners that I can keep on the bike as the main bolts including wheels are all nuts 19mm and smaller.
Overall it runs great, not the fastest thing but gets up to speed well, the guidance is change up early, and down late which seems to work and be the most mechanically sympathetic approach.
I've ordered some new plastic pop rivets as one is broken, and I lost the pin in another removing the battery cover. I have also ordered a HD tube to carry, along with some motion pro levers and some rim protectors for tyre changes. I can't wait to see how it copes on byways.
Below a pic from the 'secure' parking in Nottingham (Fletcher Gate Car Park). Access used to be app controlled and brilliant, but inevitably the council ran out of money to be able to keep the app up to date so now you press a button for the on site attendant to let you in.
