I've had a pair of Hood jeans for at least 7 years now and they get worn a lot, conservative estimate would be a minimum of 15,000 miles.
Recently the zip broke while I was riding in Germany, although I don't think that Germany was at fault for this little incident.
So I took the jeans in to get a replacement zip fitted and today went and collected said newly zipped jeans from the Hood place in Attleborough.
"What do I owe you?" I ask.
"No charge" is the reply.
Now in my book that is service above and beyond expectation.
