Hooligans Nite Out - The Aftermath

Congratulations and thanks to DD for organizing a good nite out. Thanks also to Mr & Mrs Mutters for providing the door to door taxi service.

Once again a poorly attended GS event, with only seven people making the effort, which does make you question why bother.

Made even worse when people say they are coming and dont. Snooty here were your two seats.

Never the less, we enjoyed a good evening talking, well more listening for six of us. and having a beer or two.

Sorry guys for my non attendance but wifey is not well at the moment. She has the usual seasonal sore throat and a rather nasty cough and she was just not up to a night out. I was hoping that she would improve by the evening but no go I'm afraid.

I should have at least called you Al to let you know and for that was out of order and I apologise.

Our group of seven were all people I would have chose to have gone out with, it was a great night with plenty of quality humour. No one was left out and ignored...

Anybody would think the missus never feeds you... I know one thing, I wouldn't fancy your bill for the week. You must have hollow legs lad... Talk about 'carb loading'...

Mind you I overslept on Sunday morning and missed the training bash.......shame

So I went out on my own after I had eaten my cooked breakfast. Did 50 miles and got back just in time for Sunday dinner

On the contrary dear Robster, I always enjoy your company on our ride-outs...

I went out on the snow run last year, and met some of that possy over at The Boat Inn earlier this year. This is where I'll end talking about it...

Anyway, you had a great night and I know for sure we did, so that's all that counts. It's a case of 'each to their own' Robster.
