Fitted a magnum (no not the ice cream) horn to my gsa this weekend,
Sounds like a wet fart
Not as loud as the oe, tried swapping the terminals round just in case
packaging said it could be mounted this way,

Have I feked up or is it a duff

I'd fit it with the horn facing downwards to stop it filling up with water. AS it's a diaphragm horn, it might well just need tuning. Is there a screw in the middle of the diaphragm which you can twiddle until it honks properly?

What I,d done was over tighten the nut on the mounting stud
when I slackened it off, it nearly blew me lugs off, so just nipped it up with a lighter touch and used some threadlock
Also mounted it vertically as sugested

Now ready to cause some noise pollution
