Hotel in York?

Can any one recommend a nice hotel in York (with a bar ) that would be good for around 10 people in late February? Pref inside the city or very close, but ideally with parking too.

We stayed at the mount royal hotel just before xmas.

Top place with brill staff, just a short walk from the city centre.

I'll try and remember the name of the one i stay at for a York style drink , it's next to one of the gates with plenty of pubs and near the Mincer , so not far from the river and trendy pubs .....

It has a secure car park and the bar is downstairs , stay upstairs

I stay at the novotel when i'm in york, its got secure parking and a pool. near city centre about a 5 min walk, good bar and restaurant in hotel and all you can eat brecki. bit expensive but the company pays for me.
