A couple more recommendations, good for the ACT routes or anywhere around the n260.

1) Hotel La Coma in Setcases. Lovely hotel and very bike friendly. Garage for the bikes, and some rooms kind of motel/ cabin style on the ground floor next to the garage.
Lovely food. It was €212 for 2, 3 course dinner, breakfast and packed lunch included

2) Parador La Seu D’Urgell, just off the n260. Garage for the bikes. A bit posher than above but good location just in the old town, also has a pool, restaurants nearby or at the Parador
