Hotmail scam?

Just received this e-mail, I think its a scam to get all your details as it comes from here.. [email protected] . This is not recognised by the MSN Hotmail account wich shows this

from everything from MSN but I am not getting the image.

Plus Hotmail is a free service so why ask for billing info.
(if anyone knows different let me know but I am not replying to it untill 100% sure its legit.)

It's a definite scam. They want your credit card number.

Look at the headers, and forward it to [email protected].

Had the same again today but from yet another address, sent the first one to [email protected] on the day it came, and sending the new one now.
