House in Florida

Anyone out there have a house in Florida idealy Orlando area that they would like to rent out first two weeks April or there abouts.

I do, and just back yesterday of a flight from there to inspect my house after the several hurricane attacks. Going to take a while to get it back in shape....

I rented a town house from Regal Spa

Don't trust the photos, not the comemrcial blurb. The houses are fine, no problem, but they don't have a center with pool, gym and internet (it's still under construction).

But their houses are cheap to rent, and about 5 miles from the main parks.

Try www.sunnyfloridavilla.com this was where we stayed a couple of years ago, on 27 near to 192, 10 minutes from disney, very impressed with the place. as i recall 5 beds, 3 bathrooms and a private pool. We'd use them again! Bryn

No, lost a few tiles, pool cage, solar panels and a few windows. I saw the DVD we bought of the hurricane, and I'm amazed our house survived all that.!! But according to our neighbor who had a lot more damage, the wind came in parrallel to our house, and we were at the end of a long row, so we got the least wind. Then when the eye passed and the winds turned 180° that's when we lost parts.

I just got the check from the insurance company (not enough but can always claim more according to them), was impressed by the speed they worked, considering the millions of claims they've had to process.
