I currently run a PC and a wireless lap top which I have networked to the PC.
The PC is connected directly to my Netgear DG wireless router.
I`ve now just aquired a Apple Mac G5 which I`ve also directly connected to the router.
But I need to connect the MacG5 to the network so as I can utilise my printer.
Is this something thats fairly straight forward or is it a bit of a "techno" challenge............!

depending

on the spec of the mac it should be fairly simple. Go to system preferences (click on the apple logo, top left of screen) then select network and you can select the wireless networks available. If the mac's not got a wireless card (normally called airport i think) it might be slightly more problematic. You could also type airport in the the spotlight box (little magnifying glass, top right) and it should list all matches. Airport utility is the setup program for wireless connections
