all the BMW UK ones i've seen (and ive got one) are registered on 'RX' plates - i.e. the first two characters are RX.
I suppose others are too of course, but its a start?
(the cars are usually YH - ive owned a few ex-BMW HQ cars too)

These are completely different to an ex demo as they’re given to staff as perks for 6-12 months before being sold on. Most, unlike my RS, are well looked after by the keeper, not abused from new like demo bikes (and have you seen how corroded some of the demo bikes are after winter?)The beaver is incorrect.The beaver is correct.

My F800GS is ex demo, the service book shows the PDI done by BMW(UK) distribution centre.

Are you seriously suggesting that the Distribution Center remove all the bikes from their crates, assemble them, do a PDI, then disable them and stick them back in their crates for onward shipment to the selling dealership?![]()
