There are tenants in health and safety? How much is the rent then? Oh you mean "tenets"......![]()
Oi shorties.....!
I'm 6'5" tall, and casually stand to the left of the bike, raise my right leg over the seat, and lean the bike upright with my left thigh, having both feet on the ground.
Should I be looking to do a Frankie Dettori mount/dismount routine instead?

Lazy twat, kicking the side stand down to cut the ignition.
Such envy - but can I suggest you might now want to return to play with your mates in the cheap seats......![]()
You really don't need to use the left footpeg ..... just bend yer bloody knee! If you "lead" with your foot you can't get your leg high enough, just bend it substantially at the knee and lead with your knee ... when your knee's passed over the seat just straighten your leg! For years I've watched bikers struggle on even fairly small bikes because they seem to have an inability to avoid a straight leg hop onto the seat, it's simple biomechanics.
I used to do that but it used to trap my manhood between the bike and mi leg.
You must dress on the Right Martin?

If its on the centre stand, left foot on left foot peg, hold both bars and climb aboard that way.
How tall are you? How do you get the bike off the centre stand to get going?
I'm 1.80m and wouldn't get my feet down whilst the bike's on the centre stand.
