Lymm Services on junction 20 of the M6 is the most popular bike meet location in the UK. Probably because there is a choice of eating places, good parking and lots of warm space inside to wait for the rain to stop.
You can even get a hair cut on site.
I used it for several years when leading the Pan Clan runs. Easy to get to from Preston and Liverpool as well as Greater Manchester.

right then! it would appear there are a lot of us in n.w. so its just a case of getting it together. so come on you have months to do it before the light nights start. so who is going to make a time place and date to suit everyone?
i think we should go with grandtrousers idea and run riot through the local old folks homes! tee hee sounds like fun.

We have 2 meets established one at the Blue Bell at Milnthorpe to the North on the First Thursday of the month and one at the Broughton at Rode Heath in the last week of the month (ususally Tuesday or wednesday) both would be a good ride from the 'pool Rode Heath i suspect is closer for you. See at one of them?
