How to fit a Stebel Magnum horn?

Is there someplace to buy these generic little 12v compressors on their own?

I'm sure mine has finally lost it's umph!

I did a garage clean out recently and ended up throwing out two stebel horns that had become asthmatic . I took one apart first but still could not figure out why it didn't work properly. Time to buy another.

The one i have is also taken apart. I had to separate the compressor from the horn. It worked really well. Now i have to reassemble!
