How to ruin a GSA

And a certain upbringing I should venture......:augie

Hi, Thanks for the compliments! I will give you more pictures. The wood print is dipped by h2ofoliedip.nl I am very happy with the results!

Well, it's not to my taste - but it's certainly interesting to see what can be done. There is some contemporary precedent for wood on high-end motor vehicles:

I don't like the three colors from BMW and I think its a very nice match with the adventure :-))

Fair enough, I agree with you about the launch colours. I got mine painted dark grey.

I would be pining for the standard finish after Knot very long:thumb2

The Dutch doin a lot of weird things :eek but this one I like! Better then all this childish TT or Wunderlich toys or this jap racer carbon stuff. Especially this carbon guys...most have no money to do the whole bike and just buy one part which then looks totally silly like if they want but they can't.....

Conglomeration

This is the new 'Ghia' version from BMW/Ford.

What oil do you put on that? On a positive note; most woods would be more corrosion resistant then the cream cheese they make the rest of the bikes from.

Not my taste but he has made a good job of it,and what's the difference between that and Tossers riding round with big Ally boxes strapped to bike when only on a day ride or trip to Tescos

Agree 100%.

Its a joke seeing all these bikes kitted out with three big and spotlessly clean boxes , all for a day's ride out.

.

What, no matching panniers?

I do like it, something different and fresh. Just one question thou. Is the GSA a high end motorcycle?

I would've thought a trip to Tescos would fully justify the use of full luggage, especially if doing a full shop, where else would you put all the shopping bags? The panniers are excellent for dropping the carrier bags into ;)

Agree 100%.

But how do you know they are not in use, do you go and check?
I only use my panniers when needed, but if I was on Blood Bikes duty and you did a spot check, you may well find them empty, but half an hour later they may be full of urgently blood samples, medication, doctors notes, blood, platelets, mothers milk, or a combination of these.

What does it matter if some peeps like to have their luggage on all the time, live and let live. ;)

Lunepilot - we are in the same (general) area, I better not find you fully luggaged up and empty :D

And, back on to topic, I wasn't sure about the wood effect tank and beak, but the more I look at it the more I like it!
(and, of course, it is different, you are not likely to see another).
